The Opportunity:
Frontline are currently seeking a motivated and professional Admin / Receptionist to join our client's well-established building and maintenance business based in Blackburn VIC. This is a full-time, on-site role from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.

About the Role:
* Front-desk reception and admin support across the business
* Answering and directing calls and emails, welcoming visitors
* Coordinating schedules, job orders, and supporting project reporting
* Assisting with contractor onboarding and compliance documents
* Light operations support including data entry, document control, and ordering supplies

Duties Include:
* Handling front desk, phones, and email enquiries
* Managing digital files and documentation for active projects
* Coordinating appointments, timesheets, and general admin tasks
* Supporting site supervisors with document updates and tracking
* Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks-invoice prep, data entry, and support for the Bookkeeper
* Following up on contractor compliance requirements
To Be Considered, You'll Need:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in an admin or receptionist role
* Professional communication and strong interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business systems
* Prior exposure to building, trades, or insurance repair (advantageous but not essential)
