The Role:
We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse/Clinical Coordinator to join our team at Unidex Healthcare in the Brisbane region.
Unidex Healthcare offer support services in the community to a range of participants who require both high and low care, and who are provided with complex clinical care including palliative care, bowel care, catheter care, PEG care, mental health, and more. The Clinical Coordinator would be in charge of overseeing all clinical aspects of care for the Brisbane region, with community-based participants, ensuring participant needs are met and are promoting a quality of life in line with the Disability standards.
This role would ideally suit a Registered Nurse that is looking for a career change, or for a Clinical Coordinator looking for a new challenge. The role will be primarily work from home, including access to a Satellite office in Brisbane.
There will be ad hoc travel to other parts of the region, such as Ipswich, Toowoomba, and Gold Coast, to ensure face-to-face presence with your participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing clinical oversight of participants and service delivery
- Assistance with updating and managing clinical forms and procedures
- Development and maintenance of care plans
- Leadership of the teams of nurses and support workers, including some training
- Carrying out clinical risk assessments
- Liasing with stakeholders, GPS and allied health
Skills & Experiences:
- Bachelor of Nursing
- APHRA Registration
