Customer Service / Sales Advisor
FHR currently have an opportunity for a Customer Service / Sales Advisor for our client specializing in the logistics industry based in Beenleigh.
- Responsible for answering a variety of freight queries relating to location of shipments
- Working with customers via Telephone, email and written correspondence
- Following up internal Sales queries to establish the need and then pass on information to the sales team
- Locating information in the system, providing administrative support, as well as ad-hoc duties as required.
Skills & Experience
- Call Centre background would be advantageous
- Experience within freight/logistics a huge advantage but not essential
- Must have excellent communication skills and good IT knowledge
- Ability to multi-task and previous experience handling customer complaints/queries essential
