The opportunity:

Working as part of our clients Recycling Collections Team and reporting to the Fleet Manager, key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Collection of recyclable materials throughout Greater Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast areas
  • Maintaining a professional image on the road and with customers
  • Delivering high quality customer service whilst following defined procedures
  • Performance of daily safety and maintenance checks
  • Following a set daily collection sequence but with flexibility to change due to operational requirements
  • Completion of in cab electronic reporting systems and other documentation as required
  • Comply with all Fatigue Management and Chain of Responsibility policies and regulations
  • Compliance with Standard Work Practices and Safe Work Procedures

What you will bring to the team:

  • HR Truck licence with a minimum of two years' experience
  • Desire to train in and periodically operate other truck types
  • Ability and commitment to follow procedures and training
  • Pride in the presentation and operation of trucks and equipment
  • A strong commitment to safety and willingness to work as part of a team
