Human Resource administrator
Frontline Human Resources operates across New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Queensland employing casual and full-time staff servicing small, medium and large enterprises
We are currently seeking a experienced HRSC Administrators in Parramatta who are experienced in the creation of Contracts of employment, arranging pre-employment medicals, onboarding new employees, managing employee records and HR Service Centre reporting.
About the role:
- Assist in covering all aspects of HRSC activities as required
- Deliver excellent customer service in all ANZ HR transactional interactions
- Assist in the transition of new services to HR Service Centre
- Ensure all process documentation used is current and accurate
- Comply with the clients Risk Management, Quality Assurance and Health, Safety and Environment management systems, including statutory obligations
-Knowledge of SAP will be well Regarded
To be successful for this role you will need:
-Relevant Degree in HR or a related discipline or equivalent work experience
-Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team
-Excellent customer service skills with the demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and confidently both in writing and verbally
