Labourer

The Role

FHR currently have multiple opportunities for general Labourers to work for a local Council. These positions are available for immediate starts and could lead to more ongoing work for the right people.

Benefits:

• Monday to Friday 38 hours per week. Early starts!

• Outdoor work in various locations in the Moreton Bay region

• Work for the Council!

Key Responsibilities

• General maintenance on Council properties ie parks

• Operate mower, whipper snipper and other hand operated tools

• Operator company vehicle for those who hold an MR license

• Other general cleaning duties as required

Skills & Experience

• Experience in a similar position including garden maintenance and/or general labouring

• Physically fit for repetitive work

• Have a clean Police record

• Must have your own reliable transport and C class license (MR license preferred)

• Have an excellent attitude and a mature approach to WH&S process and procedures

• Have your own PPE - Steel capped boots, long work pants, long sleeved hi-vis shirt and a wide brim hat

• Be available to start immediately!
