The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Become the Go-to GURU for Permanent Recruitment within your chosen Industry - Make it your own!
  • Consistently upgrade your Industry knowledge and build strong relationships with other industry specialists
  • Add to the success of the Permanent Division by leveraging your existing network of contacts to source new business
  • Maintain and grow existing client accounts by delivering and exceeding service level expectations
  • Match open roles with exceptional candidates and ensure the client and candidate journeys with FHR are seamless
  • Adapt to changing priorities and be prepared to roll your sleeves up and fill roles
  • Foster a true understanding of "Consultant" when it comes to our client relationships

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated success in growing a 360 permanent desk
  • Genuine love of Sales and that killer instinct to close the deal
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and still get the job done
  • Commercial awareness and outcome-focused
  • Motivation and resilience to get back up after a bad day knowing an awesome day is coming (That's recruitment!)
  • Organisation and Time Management skills
  • Current driving license and reliable car essential
  • Alignment with FHR values, Safety, Integrity, Diversity, Courage, and Passion
