The Role

FHR currently have an opportunity for a Sales/Business Development professional for our client specializing in the environmental technology manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities

The role of Sales/Business Development professional will be responsible for selling signage that lights up without electricity - that is no carbon, no power and eliminates landfill. The role will be based out of the Archerfield office however WFH is available.

  • You will be a hunter gatherer, and have the flare to execute new client relationships, Account Manage them to ensure a clean onboarding experience, as well as provide a natural sense of responsibility from a customer service perspective.
  • There will be a high level of liaison with internal stakeholders from a planning, production and implementation perspective
  • This is a high energy sales role and so you must be able to develop pipelines, convert sales and will have demonstrable success in doing so.
  • You will maintain solid working relationships within a portfolio of existing clients ensuring exceptional service levels are maintained.
  • Secure additional business opportunities from the existing and new client base within their markets
  • Develop a strong sales pipeline of new business opportunities within the territory in line with business capabilities.
  • Convert new business opportunities to active customers, whilst managing contract negotiations within the client base.

Skills & Experience

  • You will be specifically selling, exit signs; danger signs; emergency signs; and warning signs and therefore any exposure to a building, infrastructure, installs or electrical/wholesale environment would complement this role however it weighs heavily on about attitude and motivation to succeed.
  • You will be able to demonstrate well-developed business acumen from whichever industry you are presenting from and possess excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.

The successful applicant will participate in the company incentive scheme upon successful completion of their probationary period. The incentive scheme can see employees earn up to 100% of their base salary as an annually paid incentive.
