The Opportunity:
Frontline are currently seeking a driven and organised Production Scheduling Assistant to join a leading manufacturing business in, Western Sydney. You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day scheduling, coordination, and communication needed to keep production on track.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in scheduling production tasks and coordinating daily workflows
* Communicate job priorities and schedule updates to production teams and key departments
* Identify and troubleshoot production issues proactively to avoid delays
* Maintain clear records and documentation to support production tracking
* Collaborate across teams to support a smooth, efficient manufacturing process

What We're Looking For:
* Strong computer literacy and confidence using multiple systems
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
* Clear, effective communicator who can engage across teams
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or scheduling role (preferred)
* Senior School Certificate or equivalent
