Business Development Manager

Our client a well known reputable packaging company offering local design and manufacturing, is seeking a self motivated, dynamic BDM to join their stable and successful team developing and maintaining the Northern Victoria region.

Your hunger and passion for sales is paramount and the ability to hunt, nurture and cloe the sale will help you secure this role.

Working with established clients both active and inactive along with sourcing new clients will see your days filled.

Your role will include but not limited to:

  • New business development
  • Account management of large and small house accounts promoting growth
  • Reactivation of inactive accounts
  • Increase sales revenue and gross profit
  • Developing growth strategies and plans
  • Salary + car + tools of trade + potential bonus

You have a proven track record as a driven sales focussed BDM who is:

  • self motivated
  • has the ability to work autonomously
  • is adapatable and tenacious
  • thinks outside the square
  • has high attention to detail

You have:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in both new business and account management
  • Manufacturing industry backgroun (an advantage)
  • Dealt with both large and small customers across a diverse range of industries
