About the Role:

Monday - Friday

9:00am - 5:00pm

Front desk receptionist

Minimum experience required

Managing incoming calls and inquiries

Engaging with external organisations; booking appointments, following up inquiries

General Administration work

About You:

Had previous reception and/or office administration experience

Great personality

Ability to multi-task and prioritise

Passionate in delivering excellent customer service skills

Have a friendly demeanour with a positive attitude and mature attitude

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Be well presented
