Executive Assistant

About the Company:

Our client is one of Australia's leading designers and manufacturers of both automotive and building and commercial products. With over 50 years' experience, our client pride themselves in their innovative thinking and world class technology.

Reporting to the Director, this role will see you performing a wide range of Executive Assistant duties and truly allow you to utilise your organisational and time management skills. This position is a full-time permanent position and offering a salary of $60,000 per year. An immediate start is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary management
  • Booking and organising functions and events
  • Organise travel, accommodation and car hire
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas and meeting minutes
  • Maintain key records and filing system
  • Compiling weekly and monthly reports
  • General ad-hoc administration duties

Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years' previous experience in an Executive Assistant role
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High level shorthand, typing and WP skills
  • Flexibility in working hours such as early starts and late finishes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
