About the role

Our Melbourne office is currently on the search for junior to mid-level candidates for multiple potential upcoming opportunities across Melbourne (West, North and Eastern suburbs of Melbourne). These positions are short term and long term temp opportunities.

Our clients are on the lookout for for Data Entry Clerks, Administration Assistants, Receptionists, Accounts Payable and Personal Assistants.

Profile

The successful applicant will possess:

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in similar roles.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent time management, the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise accountabilities.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Speed and accuracy.
  • High attention to detail.
  • A friendly and positive nature.
  • Able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be able to successfully pass all applicable background screening tests.
  • SAP and MYOB experience highly advantageous.
  • Eligible working rights in Australia.
