Receptionist/Administration

Our client is a very established, growing business coaching organisation who work with Executives across many industries mentoring and improving their businesses.

Role Overview
Located in Doncaster and reporting to the Business Manager, you will provide administrative support to the business. You will liaise with internal stakeholders and external customers over the phone and greet visitors and guests upon arrival to the office. You will assist with event and meeting management and will have diary management responsibility for the Business Coaches. You will maintain visitor areas including the boardroom and communal kitchen.

The key success factor will be your professionalism to get things done and your positive attitude in how you engage the people around you.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the business
  • Assist with event management
  • Diary management for x2 Business Coaches
  • Manage incoming calls
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Program preparation
  • Maintaining visitor areas (boardroom and kitchen)

Candidate Profile
With a vibrant, energetic yet professional style you are currently in a similar role and now looking to take the next step. Experience as a Receptionist and able to communicate at all levels is crucial to this role. You take pride in your presentation and have exceptional communication skills.
