Multiple Locations: Gepps Cross | Hillcrest | Prospect
FHR alongside our client, a nationally recognised dealership, are seeking experienced Accessory Fitters, Electrical Fitters, and Mining Fitters for multiple casual roles across Adelaide.
About the role:
We currently have opportunities based across multiple workshop sites in Adelaide's northern suburbs - including Gepps Cross, Hillcrest, and Prospect.
These roles focus on modifying and customising new vehicles with specialised components and systems, transforming them into high-performance, fit-for-purpose builds for mining, commercial, and fleet use.

- Pay Rate starting at $ per hour and based on level of experience
- Monday - Friday shifts
- 8am starts - 4pm finish with occasional overtime
- Weekly pay, and ongoing support from FHR

Key Responsibilities:
- Instillation of components including brake and battery systems, plugs and isolators
- Additional required builds such as UHF radios, refrigeration wiring and light bars
- Instillation of In-Vehicle monitoring systems (IVMS)
- Interpreting wiring diagrams and installation guides
- Using hand and power tools for precision, high-quality installs
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and workshop standards
- Working efficiently to meet build timelines
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in accessory fitting, electrical, or mechanical roles
- Knowledge of 12V/24V systems and vehicle wiring
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
Desirable:
- Auto electrical or mechanical trade qualifications
- Previous experience with mining, fleet, or 4WD fit-outs
- Familiarity with Toyota vehicles and components
