Our flexible approach allows you to take on apprentices for short-term projects or longer engagements – depending on your workload and staffing needs.

Getting started is straightforward. We’ll walk you through the sign-up process, clearly outline our terms, and provide transparent rates based on trade, experience level, and award conditions. No surprises – just a professional, reliable partnership from day one.
3. Dedicated support every step of the way
Our experienced Field Officers work closely with you and your apprentice to ensure everything runs smoothly. From regular site visits to performance reviews and progress monitoring, we provide hands-on support, allowing you to focus on your business while we manage the training and development side.

Busy period coming up? Project running longer than expected? No problem. Our model is built for flexibility, allowing you to scale your apprentice workforce up or down as your business demands change. Whether you need one apprentice or a team, we’re ready to support you.
5. Focus on building, not paperwork
We employ the apprentice and take care of all the employment responsibilities — payroll, superannuation, workers’ compensation, and training coordination. You get a motivated apprentice on-site without the admin burden, giving you more time to focus on project delivery and quality workmanship.
6. Strengthen your business and the industry
By hosting an apprentice, you’re investing in the future of your trade – and building a skilled pipeline for your business. With our support, you can confidently bring on apprentices who are well-matched, well-supported, and ready to contribute from day one.
Choose Frontline Human Resources
- Keep your projects on track with apprentices when you need them. We offer flexible short- or long-term placements, tailored to your needs.
- Get the right skills for the job, without breaking the bank. We have position-matched apprentices at all levels of their apprenticeships.
- Only work with top-tier talent. We are very selective in our talent sourcing, thank to relationships with local RTOs and TAFEs. If you are unhappy with an apprentice’s performance, we manage their performance and provide replacements as needed.
- You’re never on your own. Our team provides regular site visits, support, and advice along the way. Apprentices receive PD and mentoring from qualified tradespeople and industry experts.
- You pay a simple consolidated invoice, based on actual hours worked by the apprentice. It couldn’t be easier.
- Through the Training2Tradie (T2T) program, FHR helps 4th-year apprentices make a smooth, confident transition into qualified employment.
