Frontline Human Resource is currently seeking a Temp Office Administrator, for an immediate start located in Melbourne.

What's On Offer

  • Temp Opportunity 2 - 3 months
  • Working 4 days a week
  • Start & finish time 9am to 5pm
  • Melbourne CBD location
  • Pay rate $ 38.00 per hour

Daily Duties:

  • Answering phone calls and enquiries
  • Assisting with audit preparation
  • Managing incoming mail and upload relevant documents into digital records
  • Printing and appointment setting
  • Agendas and minutes of meetings
  • Booking client appointments
  • Rescheduling client services
  • Managing marketing collateral and setting up information packs
  • Other administrative duties as required

To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate the following:

  • Experience in a similar all-round administrative role.
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills including Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent keyboard skills
  • Well-developed written and verbal communications skills
  • Reliable and committed to the duration of the project
