We are seeking an experienced and organised Internal Sales Administrator join the team in Coburg. This role offers stability, variety, and long-term career prospects - perfect for a proactive professional who enjoys a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, quotations, and order updates
- Coordinate sales orders, prepare shipping documentation, and manage freight bookings
- Provide professional phone-based sales support (inbound and outbound follow-up)
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and compliance documentation
- Assist the General Manager with operational and Board reporting
- Support quality assurance, ISO/NATA compliance, and related documentation
- Liaise with warehousing, dispatch, and external manufacturing partners
- Process daily transactions using MYOB Acumatica (MYOB Advanced) ERP system
Skills & Experience
- Strong background in administration, sales support, or logistics
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems (MYOB Acumatica highly regarded)
- Confident, professional communication and customer service skills
- A proactive, reliable, and collaborative approach
