Our client is dedicated to being the leading logistics service provider for restaurant chains around the world.

The Opportunity:

Frontline are currently seeking for currently seeking for experienced Customer Service Administrator for an immediate start. This is a Monday to Friday role based in Dandenong.

For the first two months you will be expected to work 7am-3pm or 8am -4pm for training, once training is completed you will be expected to work 9am - 5pm.

Essential Duties and responsibilities:   

  • Maintaining route changes / Customer Service
  • General administration duties / Data entry
  • Other duties as directed

To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate the following:   

  • Previous experience in transport company, logistics or any related field is desirable
  • X 2 references must be provided to confirm work history and experience   
  • 1-year minimum experience administration/data entry
  • Must be proficient in MS Office and Excel
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • High Attention to detail
