The Role:

We are currently looking for a National Operations Manager to join our internal team to cover maternity leave for 6months from late January until July.

We are looking to commence someone in this role as soon as possible to ensure adequate training is provided and to support a smooth transition. Once the maternity leave is completed, further opportunities may be present to the successful applicant in a role fitting to your experience and suitability.

This role will be on a full-time basis from Monday - Friday.

1. Profitability of the branches from a national level
2. Strategic direction of UHC
3. Strategic operational oversight
4. Building and nurturing high-performing teams
5. Ensure compliance and other organisational governance is upheld
6. Business development

Skills & Experiences:

• Prior experience in a similar role within the Healthcare Industry
• Knowledge of NDIS and other care schemes is ideal
• Proven ability to be able to lead a team and build continued growth
