Our client is currently seeking reliable and motivated IGU Machine Operators to join their production team in Rowville. This role is critical to the safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacture of insulated glass units (IGUs) using a Lisec TPA line.

Available Shifts

  • PM Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
  • AM Shift: Flexible start times
    • 4:00am - 12:00pm or
    • 6:00am - 2:00pm
  • AM pay rate $ 39.67 per hour
  • PM pay rate $ $44.67 per hour

Must be available to work Saturdays
Flexible finish times & overtime required

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the Lisec TPA line in line with SOPs and safety requirements
  • Set up and adjust machine parameters for varying glass sizes and specifications
  • Monitor spacer application, alignment, adhesion, sealing, and gas fill quality
  • Conduct regular quality checks and identify defects
  • Handle glass and IGUs safely to prevent damage
  • Ensure correct curing times and A-frame loading limits are followed
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area
  • Report faults, downtime, and quality issues accurately
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors, maintenance, and team members

Skills & Experience

  • Ability to work to tight tolerances and deadlines
  • Willingness to be cross trained across the production line
