Machine Operator

FHR are seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our client at their Western Sydney facility, with roles commencing immediately. This is a casual position with the potential for permanency, offering consistent hours, hands-on experience, and the opportunity to grow within a well-established national manufacturing business.

About the Role

You will work in a strategic area that is critical to the production of windows and doors, for the construction industry. The role involves the use of hand and power tools, with the majority of your role working with aluminium hinged door and bifold assembly materials and products.

Working Hours

• Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Pay Rate: Pay rate $37.00 - $40.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Aluminium Hinged door assembly
• Bifold Door/Window assembly
• Machining with Press tools and routers
• Safely operate hand & power tools
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
• Maintain a safe & organized workspace

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in metal fabrication (Mandatory)
• Must have a background in machining with press tools and routers
• Confident in using hand and power tools
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and team spirited
• Strategic thinking and results oriented
