We're working with , a well-established Western Melbourne business delivering high-quality waterproofing solutions across residential and selected commercial projects.

With strong foundations and a growing pipeline of work, the business is entering its next phase of expansion and is looking to bring on a skilled Waterproofing Technician who wants to grow with the company.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced waterproofing professional (or related trade background such as tiling) who takes pride in quality workmanship and compliance.

You'll work closely with an experienced operator and play a key role in delivering projects to Australian standards.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Applying waterproofing systems to bathrooms, balconies, rooftops and wet areas

  • Surface preparation, membrane application and sealing

  • Ensuring all work complies with AS 3740 & NCC standards

  • Conducting quality checks and maintaining safety standards

  • Liaising with builders and site managers

  • Maintaining a clean and organised worksite

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in waterproofing or related trade or willing to learn

  • Strong understanding of membrane systems and correct application or willing to learn

  • White Card (essential)

  • Valid driver's licence ( essential)

  • Physically fit and reliable

  • Strong attention to detail and safety focus

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
