The Opportunity

Frontline Human Resources (FHR) are currently seeking an experienced Process Worker with Forklift experience to join a leading food manufacturing operation based in Tongala.

This is an ongoing casual opportunity with strong potential to transition to permanent employment after 6 months (based on performance).

You will be joining a globally recognised food manufacturing organisation , one of Australia's leading branded food exporters and a major supplier of animal nutrition products to both companion animal and livestock sectors. Their products are developed using the latest nutritional research and manufactured to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating a forklift (loading and unloading raw materials and finished goods)

  • Manual handling and stock movement

  • Reading and following recipe instructions and production processes

  • Preparing and measuring stock for manufacturing

  • Maintaining quality and food safety standards

  • Completing required documentation and checks

  • Working overtime when required

About You

To be considered, you must demonstrate:

  • Valid Forklift Licence (LF) with practical experience

  • Experience in food manufacturing or process work (highly regarded)

  • Strong understanding of food safety and GMP practices

  • Commitment to workplace health & safety

  • Ability to work rotating shifts (Day / Afternoon / Night)

  • Willingness to commence on day shift during training

  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling

  • Strong attention to detail
