Frontline Human Resources (FHR) is seeking a hands-on Dispatch / Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy production and dispatch operation based in Murarrie.

This role suits someone who enjoys structure, leading small teams and ensuring work leaves the facility accurately and on time. You'll take ownership of the packing and dispatch function while supporting a small team to meet production targets and maintain workflow efficiency.

About the Business

Our client operates a centralised production and dispatch hub supporting national operations. Their reputation is built on operational precision, reliable service delivery and strong internal systems.

They are now looking for a Team Leader who can help drive performance, accuracy and efficiency across their packing and dispatch operations.

The Role

This is a full-time Monday to Friday role based in Murarrie.

You will oversee daily packing and dispatch activities, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining strong quality and workflow standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and support the dispatch and packing team to meet daily production targets
* Pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Cross-check packing lists and system data to prevent errors
* Enter and manage order information within internal systems
* Maintain shipping documentation and tracking records
* Liaise with couriers to coordinate deliveries
* Identify and resolve discrepancies before dispatch
* Support workflow improvements and operational efficiency
* Maintain a safe, organised and structured work environment

What We're Looking For

* Experience in dispatch, warehousing, packing or production environments
* Previous team leadership or supervisory experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Comfortable using computer systems and internal platforms
* Organised, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Positive attitude and ability to lead by example
