About the Role
Frontline Human Resources (FHR) is seeking a driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our NSW Labour Hire team.
This is a true end-to-end role focused on blue-collar recruitment across manufacturing, transport, and warehousing, combining business development, account management, and delivery.
You will be supported by our National Recruitment Team along with dedicated After Hours, Payroll, Finance, and Systems teams, allowing you to focus on building client relationships and growing your desk.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
- Recruit across blue-collar roles including warehouse, manufacturing, transport, and trades
- Build and grow your client portfolio through business development
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and workforce planning
- Achieve and exceed KPIs, revenue, and activity targets
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in 360 recruitment within labour hire or blue-collar sectors
- Strong business development and client management skills
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment
- Results-driven with a proactive and resilient mindset
- Experience with recruitment systems, ideally FastTrack
