Administration / Customer Service Officer - Logistics / Distribution
$37.50 p/h | Full-Time Hours | Rotating Weekend Roster
We are currently seeking an experienced Administration / Customer Service Officer with a background in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing distribution to join a busy food distribution centre. This is an ongoing opportunity with a well-established multinational company.
Location: Gepps Cross
Roster Options: Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday
Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Pay Rate: $37.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Managing customer enquiries relating to orders, dispatch, and deliveries
- Processing orders and updating systems in line with warehouse operations
- Liaising with warehouse, transport, and operations teams
- Coordinating delivery schedules and resolving discrepancies
- Data entry, reporting, and general administrative support
About You
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing or distribution environments
- Strong understanding of dispatch, transport, and order flow processes
- Confident communicator with the ability to deal with internal teams and customers
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, organised, and committed to long-term work
Requirements
- Full working rights in Australia
- Strong computer and system skills (ERP/WMS experience highly regarded)
- Ability to work one weekend day as part of your roster
