We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant fluent in Italian to join a respected diplomatic office in the heart of Sydney CBD.

This is a unique opportunity to work within an international environment, supporting both consular and administrative functions, while gaining exposure to a professional and culturally rich workplace.

About the Role

This position is primarily focused on administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accurate data entry and database management
  • Sending confirmations and correspondence
  • Document management including archiving, scanning, and filing
  • General administrative coordination

You will also have the opportunity to provide occasional front-facing support, including:

  • Welcoming visitors and representing the office professionally
  • Managing incoming calls and enquiries
  • Assisting with appointment scheduling and calendar updates

You will be supported by an experienced team and work under the guidance of the Consul General's Personal Assistant.

  • Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written) - essential
  • Strong administrative and data entry skills
