Concrete Labourers - Travel Role | $48/hr + Allowances | 8-12 Week Project (Winter Works)

About the Role
Frontline Human Resources (FHR) is seeking reliable and committed Labourers for an upcoming Winter Works infrastructure program running from June for 8-12 weeks.

This is a hands-on, physically demanding role working on infrastructure repair projects across regional VIC and NSW. You'll be part of a small crew working away from home during the week, so team attitude and reliability are critical.

This role will require you to work away Monday-Thursday most weeks (accommodation provided).

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting with concrete repair and remediation works
• General labouring and site support
• Operating basic power tools and equipment
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Travelling with a crew to different project locations

What We're Looking For
We are specifically looking for candidates who are:

• Reliable and able to commit to the full 8-12 week program
• Comfortable working away from home during the week
• Experienced in construction, concrete, civil or landscaping labouring
• Physically fit and capable of manual work
• Team-focused with a strong work ethic
• Safety-conscious at all times
• Will pass AOD Testing

Requirements

• White Card (essential)
• Driver's licence and reliable transport (essential)
• Full Australian working rights
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical + ongoing drug & alcohol testing ( essential)

Highly Regarded:

• Traffic Management ticket
• First Aid
• Licence Machinery equipment or HR , HC Licences
