Are you someone who thrives in a busy, hands-on role where you're at the centre of operations? Do you enjoy balancing customer service with coordination and making sure everything runs smoothly?

We're partnering with a well-established and growing organisation that delivers high-volume production services across Australia. They're looking for a Customer Service & Production Coordinator to join their team and play a key role in keeping things on track.


The Role

This is a fast-paced, varied position where you'll be responsible for managing customer communication while coordinating production workflows to ensure all orders are accurate, on time, and meet quality standards.

You'll be the key link between customers, clients, and internal teams making sure everything flows from start to finish without a hitch.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Communication

  • Be the main point of contact for customers and clients
  • Manage enquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates
  • Build strong, professional relationships

Order Processing & Quality Control

  • Coordinate and pack orders with high accuracy
  • Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot issues
  • Ensure all jobs are ready for dispatch on time

Production Coordination

  • Oversee workflows from job setup through to delivery
  • Liaise with internal teams to meet deadlines
  • Monitor progress and escalate any delays

General Administration

  • Maintain accurate records and job tracking
  • Support day-to-day office operations
  • Assist with data entry and reporting

About You

  • Experience in customer service within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • A proactive problem-solver with a "can-do" attitude
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team
