About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated, friendly, and reliable Receptionist to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is looking to gain valuable experience in the building industry.
As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, coordinating communications, and supporting day-to-day office operations. You'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both clients and staff.
What's on Offer

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Location: Dandenong South
- Parking available onsite
- Hourly rate: $35.00 + super
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails and correspondence
- Maintain an organized and tidy reception area
- Support administrative tasks as required, including scheduling and filing
- Assist the team with general office duties and customer queries
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (industry experience highly regarded)
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office experience; SAP knowledge is a bonus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Professional presentation and confidence in interacting with clients and team members
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn
