Frontline HR is currently seeking reliable and motivated Production Operators to join a well-established beverage manufacturing team. If you have experience in FMCG, bottling, packing, or food and beverage production and are looking for flexible casual work, we'd love to hear from you.
Available Shifts
- Day Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm
- Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm
- Night Shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am
About the Role
Working within a fast-paced production environment, you will play an important role in ensuring products are bottled, packaged, and prepared to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Bottling and packaging of products
- Packing, labelling, and palletising finished goods
- Conducting quality checks throughout the production process
- Operating within a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Following all site safety procedures and quality standards
- Working effectively as part of a team to achieve production targets
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in FMCG, manufacturing, production, bottling, or packing (highly regarded)
- Experience in winery or beverage production (highly advantageous)
- A current Forklift Licence (LF) is desirable but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- A proactive approach to workplace health and safety
- Excellent reliability and punctuality
- Flexibility to work across various shifts when required
- The ability to respond promptly to shift offers
Mandatory Requirements
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test
- Completion of a site induction and on-site walkthrough prior to commencement
- Ability to comply with all workplace health, safety, and operational requirements
