Frontline Human Resources is a leading labour hire and recruitment agency currently seeking 2 experienced Forklift Operators / Yard Persons to join one of our valued clients in Berrimah, NT for an immediate start.

This is a hands-on labour hire opportunity suited to candidates who enjoy a combination of forklift operation and physical yard work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a gas counterbalance forklift in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Load trailers with recovered materials and scrap.
• Assist with site clean-up and clearing old plant, equipment, and other materials.
• Perform general yard duties and manual handling.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment.

About the Role

• Location: Berrimah, NT
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 7:30am - 3:00pm
• Start Date: Monday, 20 July 2026
• Pay Rate: $37.25 per hour (Casual)
• Approximately 40% forklift operation / 60% manual labour
• Ongoing opportunity for the right candidates

To Be Successful You Will Have

• Current LF Forklift Licence
• Proven experience operating a gas counterbalance forklift
• Confidence working both indoors and outdoors
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Reliable transport and a positive work ethic
