Machine Operator with Forklift License

The Role

FHR currently have multiple opportunities for an experienced Machine Operator with a Forklift Licence to join our client that specializes in building products. This opportunity is in Wetherill Park, and we have immediate starts available for the candidates who're successful in their application for these positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently to meet daily manufacturing targets and quality standards.
• Load, unload, and transport raw materials and finished products using a counterbalance forklift.
• Monitor machine performance, perform routine adjustments, and report any faults or maintenance requirements.
• Complete quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and identify defects before dispatch.
• Assist with packing, palletising, labelling, and preparing finished goods for storage and distribution.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following workplace health and safety procedures and participating in general housekeeping duties.

Skills & Experience

• LF/Forklift ticket compulsory
• Experience as a machine operator
• Experience working with building products
• Must be willing to undertake drug and alcohol tests
• Physically fit or experienced working in a physically demanding role
