Do you have hands-on experience using Timestone software within the school photography industry?

Frontline Human Resources (FHR) is recruiting on behalf of Leading Image School Photos, an established national school photography business, for experienced Timestone Operators to join its Resource Centre operations.

We are specifically looking for candidates who already have practical Timestone experience and can bring strong technical knowledge to the role.

Previous hands-on Timestone experience is essential.

Depending on your experience, opportunities are available within either the Data or Production team, with the potential for a highly experienced candidate with leadership capability to step into a Timestone Operator Lead position.

For the right experienced candidate, the role can be performed remotely, and we welcome applications from Timestone professionals across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

The Opportunity

As a Timestone Operator, you'll process and manage school photography jobs through Timestone, supporting the workflow from student data and photography through to production and delivery.

Depending on your experience and technical strengths, responsibilities may include:

• Processing and managing school photography jobs within Timestone

• Entering, validating, editing and maintaining student and job data

• Identifying and resolving data inconsistencies

• Ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the production process

• Preparing and processing jobs through established photography and production workflows

• Monitoring jobs to ensure production and customer deadlines are achieved

• Troubleshooting Timestone job and workflow issues

• Generating reports and assisting with workflow and production tracking

• Working closely with Data, Production and other operational teams

Timestone Operator Lead Opportunity

Are you an advanced Timestone user who has trained, supported or guided others?

We're also interested in speaking with experienced operators ready to take the next step into a Lead position.

Alongside hands-on Timestone work, the Lead opportunity may include:

• Coordinating the daily workflow of Timestone Operators

• Providing technical guidance and support to team members

• Monitoring productivity, quality and accuracy

• Training, onboarding and coaching Timestone Operators

• Identifying opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency

• Assisting management with reporting and operational oversight

• Acting as a key point of contact between Timestone Operators, Data and Production

You don't need to currently hold a Team Leader title. If you're an advanced Timestone user who has supported or trained others and you're ready for more responsibility, we'd like to hear from you.

A higher salary package will apply to the Lead opportunity, based on experience and responsibilities.

About You

Above all, you will have genuine hands-on Timestone experience.

We're looking for:

• Previous hands-on experience using Timestone software - essential

• Strong technical proficiency in Timestone with the ability to work with minimal training

• Experience within school photography, photographic production or a closely related environment

• Strong understanding of data accuracy and production workflows

• Excellent attention to detail

• Strong organisation and time management skills

• Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities to deadlines

• Confidence troubleshooting problems and finding solutions

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work independently, particularly when working remotely

• A proactive, reliable and self-motivated approach

For the Lead opportunity, experience training, mentoring or leading others will be highly regarded.
