About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to individuals living with disability, assisting them to achieve their goals and maintain independence.

Your duties may include:

• Personal care and daily living support
• Community access and social participation
• Supporting clients with appointments and activities
• Medication assistance
• Manual handling and mobility support
• Promoting independence, choice and wellbeing

We Are Looking For

• A genuine passion for supporting others
• Experience in the following:
• • Peg Trained
  • Stoma
  • Bowel Care
  • Urinary
  • Diabetes and Asthma
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability, compassion and a positive attitude
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Working With Children Check (where applicable)
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle preferred

Opportunities are available across Victoria, including:

North: Shepparton, Wangaratta, Bendigo, Mildura, Melton, St Albans and Wodonga

East: Box Hill, Clayton, Noble Park, Mount Waverley, Blackburn, Vermont South and surrounding suburbs

South: Cranbourne, Pakenham, Drouin, Moorabbin and surrounding areas

West: Footscray, Sunshine, Brunswick, Reservoir, Altona South and surrounding locations
