Frontline Human Resources is currently recruiting multiple Production Operators for a manufacturing facility in Forest Glen. These roles are suited to hands-on candidates with experience in woodworking, metal fabrication, cabinet making or general manufacturing.

You'll be involved in producing door components and finished products for a range of commercial and residential applications.

The Role

Your duties will include:

• Using hand and power tools to assemble, modify and finish components.

• Setting up and operating production equipment, including saws, CNC machinery, edge banders and metal fabrication equipment.

• Measuring and fitting materials to meet job specifications.

• Following technical drawings and production instructions.

• Cutting, shaping and forming materials using workshop machinery.

• Selecting suitable materials for each job.

• Inspecting finished work to ensure it meets quality requirements.

• Meeting daily production goals while maintaining safe work practices.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in carpentry, cabinet making, framing, metal fabrication or a similar trade or manufacturing environment.

• Confidence using hand and power tools.

• Ability to follow measurements, drawings and written instructions.

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new machinery.

• Good attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.

• Reliable attendance and the ability to work in a fast-paced production team.

What's on Offer?

• Hourly rate: $40-$45

• Negotiable pay for candidates with relevant skills and experience.

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 am - 2:30 pm.

• Location: Forest Glen, QLD.
