Steve has 20 years experience in HR and IR management. His industrial background includes strategic roles in the commercial construction sector in major manufacturing organisations including 5 years as OH&S Manager and Employee Relations Manager with a large multi-national manufacturing business.
Perry has 30 years experience in Human Resources (HR) and Industrial Relations (IR), in the Australian maritime, mining and manufacturing sectors. Perry held the position of Global HR Director with Visy Industries for over 10 years prior to starting the UNIDEX business with Steve Bisshopp in 2001.
