We maintain relationships with local RTOs, unions, the Apprenticeship Employment Network, and industry bodies, to ensure our apprentices are leading the way and equipped for anything they face.

Group Training is an employment and training arrangement. A Group Training Organisation (GTO), employs apprentices and trainees and places them with host employers for on-the-job training. The GTO assumes the legal employer responsibilities, including recruitment, payroll, superannuation, and compliance with employment regulations, ensuring that apprentices and trainees receive consistent and high-quality training experiences.
For businesses, it provides the flexibility to host apprentices or trainees without the administrative burden of direct employment or multi-year commitments.
