Temp casual - approx. 4 weeks | Monday to Friday | 38 hours per week | $35+ per hour
We're seeking professional and friendly Reception / Customer Service Assistants to support our client's team's during a busy period in the lead up to Christmas.
These roles are based across the Northern Suburbs and offer full-time hours on a temporary casual basis, with immediate starts available.
Answering and transferring incoming calls to the correct department
Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom
Vetting customer enquiries (face-to-face and over the phone)
Basic data entry and filing tasks
Maintaining general housekeeping and office presentation
Providing support and general administration
Use of Salesforce and Pronto software is advantageous
Confident, professional, and well-presented
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Reliable and available for the full 4-week assignment
