Frontline Human Resources is currently seeking a Customer Service Assistant / Administrator to join our client's busy and supportive team in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of customer service, reception and administration, with consistent weekday hours and an immediate start available for the right candidate.

Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm

Friday: 7:30am - 2:00pm - enjoy an early finish!

The Role
As the first point of contact for customers, you will play an important role in creating a positive and professional experience while supporting the wider team with day-to-day administration.
Your responsibilities will include:

Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate department

Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom

Handling and qualifying customer enquiries both face-to-face and over the phone
-
Providing professional and friendly customer service
-
Completing basic data entry, filing and general administration
-
Supporting the wider team with day-to-day office requirements
-
Maintaining a tidy and professional showroom and office environment

Updating information and records within internal systems
Experience using Salesforce and/or Pronto will be highly regarded but is not essential.

Have basic computer and data entry skills

Are reliable and punctual

Are available to commence immediately or at short notice
