About the Client

Our client is the world's largest rice and farm food manufacturer, and one of Australia's leading branded food exporters.

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant with strong attention to detail for an immediate start in Tongala. This is a full-time temporary assignment for approximately 4 weeks, with the potential for more future casual work.

What's On Offer

  • Full-time hours, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

  • Competitive hourly rate: $36/hour (including casual loading)

Key Responsibilities

  • Data entry and database updates

  • Inventory support and stocktaking

  • Managing inbound calls and emails

  • Coordinating mail and deliveries

  • Customer service-phone and face-to-face

  • Conducting staff inductions

  • Filing and document management

  • Resolving customer enquiries

  • Using MS Word, Excel, and email systems

About You

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email platforms

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service and data entry

  • High attention to detail and commitment to safety

  • Immediate availability
