Apprentice Electrician 2nd, 3rd + 4th Year

Frontline HR South Australia are looking for electrical apprentices to continue their apprenticeship. The opportunities are based across Adelaide, offering a broad range of projects for you to gain real industry experience.

As a registered Group Training Organisation (GTO), we give you the opportunity to work with a vast number of Host Employers throughout your apprenticeship. This allows you to gain a broad range of electrical experience and get the most out of your Apprenticeship. You will work full time whilst completing a Certificate III in Electrotechnology.

Responsibilities will vary between host employers, but can include:

  • Rough in and fit off electrical cabling and equipment
  • Installing cable tray
  • Assisting with the installation of power and lighting circuits
  • Installing of power points and light fittings
  • Wiring and labelling electrical sub panels and enclosures
  • Final test check, fault finding and troubleshooting
  • Building and fabrication of switchboards
  • Installation of conduits
  • Wiring and installing data cabling and equipment
  • Commercial solar installation



The successful Apprentices will be:

  • Safety conscious, consistently adhering to OH&S regulations
  • A team player with a good attitude towards work
  • Able to show initiative and work autonomously
  • Ready to ask questions and learn
  • Reliable and punctual



Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months experience as an electrical apprentice
  • Current Driver's License
  • Willing to undertake a Police Check and/or Medical
  • Australian working rights
