Civil FSupervisor - Short-Term Project (Immediate Start - Feb 2026)
Location: South Plympton, SA
Pay Rate: $56.93 p/h + overtime
Hours: Casual | 38 hours per week + OT as required



We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor for a short-term assignment delivering excavation works as part of a school building upgrade project at a private school in South Plympton. Works include bulk excavation with a strong focus on detailed excavation.


This project commences immediately and runs until approximately February 2026.

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee and coordinate daily civil and excavation activities
  
• Lead and support a small onsite crew
  
• Operate machinery as required (detailed excavation focus)
  
• Read and interpret civil, structural, and construction plans
  
• Liaise with site leadership and subcontractors
  
• Ensure a safe, compliant work environment
  

What You Need

• HR Truck Licence
  
• Excavator Licence/Operating Ticket
  
• Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
  
• Previous Civil Foreman or Leading Hand experience
  
• Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  
• National Police Check
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills
  
• Ability to start immediately
