Customer Service & Sales Support Officers
Multiple Positions Available | Casual & Permanent Full-Time
We are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused Customer Service & Internal Sales Support Officers to join our growing team. These roles play a critical part in delivering exceptional service to our customers while providing strong administrative and sales support to our Business Development and Sales teams.
You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining accurate CRM data, while working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
These roles operate in accordance with ISO9001 and ISO14001 management systems, supporting continuous improvement and environmental management across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries and liaise with sales teams regarding pricing and product information
- Process sales orders received via phone and email
- Manage order fulfilment, delivery schedules, backorders, and forward order reporting
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely outcomes
- Provide high-quality customer service and ongoing sales support
- Offer appropriate product and system solutions to meet customer needs
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including quotations, opportunities, and project completion
- Assist in preparing and producing marketing and sales collateral for Business Development Managers
- Support and promote quality and environmental management systems (QMS/EMS) in line with company policies
- Undertake additional duties as required to support business operations

- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Proven customer service experience with a positive, professional approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines
- A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting wider business success
- Quick learner with the ability to build strong product knowledge
- Experience preparing quotes and managing sales orders
- Confident phone manner and excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience using CRM systems (experience with multiple platforms highly regarded)
- Electrical or construction industry experience is desirable but not essential
