Girraween Location | $41-$44 per Hour | Immediate Start

Frontline Human Resources (FHR) is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Officer to join a leading manufacturer of windows and doors based in Girraween.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong customer service and administration skills, and ideally has experience within a service or warranty department.

• $41-$44 per hour, depending on experience
• Monday to Friday
• Immediate start available

Your Day-to-Day

• Review and manage service schedules
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding service dates and general service matters
• Handle customer calls relating to warranty and service issues
• Coordinate and follow up service jobs and outstanding actions
• Review service jobs daily to ensure required processes are completed
• Liaise with internal teams and Site Service crews
• Escalate customer or service issues when required
• Report service crew feedback or issues to Supervisors or Management
• Assist with service orders and general office administration

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Service Administration, Warranty, Administration or Internal Sales
• Strong telephone manner and excellent communication skills
• Confident dealing with customers and resolving enquiries
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good computer skills, with SAP experience highly regarded
• Experience within the windows, doors, manufacturing, building or construction industries will be highly regarded
• Reliable, positive and team-focused attitude
