Our client is seeking a motivated, friendly, and reliable Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is looking to gain valuable experience in the building industry.
As part of the customer service team, you will be responsible for supporting residential builders, processing orders, managing service requests, and delivering exceptional service. You'll also interact directly with builders to resolve queries and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Casual ongoing role
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Location: Dandenong South
Parking available onsite
Hourly rate: $38 + super
Accurately process customer orders and enter details into the system
Manage and track service requests
Respond to customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
Support the Customer Service Manager and Team Leaders in delivering high-quality service
Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused approach
Schedule deliveries, services, and maintenance jobs
Process quotes and orders with accuracy
Manage a high volume of daily calls and emails
Previous experience in a customer service role (industry experience highly regarded)
Strong computer literacy (SAP experience is an advantage, not essential)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Professional presentation and confidence in dealing with builders and supervisors
Positive, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn
