Despatch / Admin Assistant
Full Time hours casual ongoing work (Immediate Start)
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Despatch / Administration Assistant to join our client for an immediate start.
About the Role
- Hours: 6:00am - 2:00pm, Monday to Friday
- 3 days working in Despatch
- 2 days working in the Office
- Pay rate $ 41.26ph
- Location - Rowville
- Temp to perm opportunity
- On site parking
- Training provided
- You will be trained in admin first, then out in dispatch department
Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch coordination and warehouse support
- Counterbalance forklift operation
- Manual glass handling
- General administrative duties including data entry and documentation
- Using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other computer systems
Requirements
- Current FLD licence with counterbalance experience
- Must have min 2 years of forklift experience
- Previous administration experience
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, general systems knowledge)
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Quick learner with a strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual- Flexible with start and finish times
