About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced Support Workers to assist a male participant based in Bundamba, QLD, who has sustained a traumatic brain injury.

Support Schedule:

• Days: fortnight Thursdays from 4 December 2025
• Shifts: Day (8:00am - 4:00pm)

• Personal care and hygiene
• Domestic assistance
• Meal preparation
• Incontinence management
• Medication management
• Skin integrity management
• Mobility support
• Community access + health and rehab appointment

Pay Rates

• Day shift: $38.75/hour

Requirements

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
• Australian Driver Licence
• Current Police Check
• First Aid & CPR certification
• Current Blue Card
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• Completion of Effective Communication Module (NDIS)
• Third-party compulsory car insurance
• Two professional references
• A reliable, proactive, and positive approach
