About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced Support Workers to assist a male participant based in Coal Creek, QLD, who has sustained a traumatic brain injury. He requires support Monday through to Thursday from 10:00am to 5:00pm every week.

Key Responsibilities

• Capacity building
• Assistance planning and attending appointments and activities
• Assist and encourage with genera; housekeeping
• Safe supervision of projects

Pay Rates

• Day shift: $55.00/hour

Requirements

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
• Australian Driver Licence
• Current Police Check
• First Aid & CPR certification (HLTAID011 and HLTAID009)
• Assist Clients with Medication (HLTHPS006)
• Current Blue Card
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• Completion of Effective Communication Module (NDIS)
• Third-party compulsory car insurance
• Two professional references
• A reliable, proactive, and positive approach
